i had a missed abortion in oct. 2013 and after that ihave concieved in dec2013 again but there was internal haemorage in jan2014 but there is no harm on foetus as my doctor said but they advised me to take rest and prescribed 20 inj. of projestrone weekly. what should i do/don't/
