My daughter is very weak..her present wt is just 14 kg....sometimes complain about legs pain n all.there is not much outdoor games place in my plz let me know proper diet for a day n which type of physical activities I can include. ...I m worried about her height also as its shorter than normal....we have done blood test recently everything is normal...
