Teach Your Preschooler Good MannersChildren are growing quickly and you don’t know how time was passed and your kid is now become of the age to go to kindergarten. Your child is now at the age where you need to teach him all good manners. Parent should create good atmosphere by talking and behaving gently in the home. Parents are the first teacher of any child as child always follows his/her parent’s behavior. They blindly follow action and behavior of their parents. Therefore, to teach good manners to your preschooler, first of all as a responsible parent, you should improve your etiquette. Sometimes children learn many bad habits from their friends or neighbor or close family members or from parent. You should always keep watch on your child’s activities. If you found any development of bad habits, you should try to stop it by diverting their attention.

This is the age when kids starts showing their tantrums, showing tantrums at home is the first step which need to be directed in correct direction by parents and other family members.

You must spend maximum possible time with your child.

When you spend time with your child listen what your child has to speak.

Observe kid's thinking and where it is going.

When you talk with your child do not stop her between the conversation, let her finish and then share your views and ideas on any aspect, explain about the good and bad sides of any action carried.

Try be friend while talking to child, do not try to be too strict and do not keep all the doors of mischief open for child, sit together and set the limits and do not impose the limits just explain the ill effects of bad behavior, share stories of your childhood and other inspirational stories.
