It happens to kids when their bladder is overactive, sometimes kids can not control till reaching toilet.

There are many reasons of overactive bladder:

It can be due to urinary tract infections also.
Intake of ingredient that causes infection to child.
Lower capacity of bladder
Abnormal structure
Controlling urine when required to go
Taking caffeine

You need to consult doctor and find out actual reason behind your child's problem.

Till that you can avoid food that over activates bladder, avoid caffeine, stress.
