Nausea and vomiting is very common in pregnant women. There are no certain reasons for morning sickness, but normally it occurs due to change in hormone level during the first trimester of pregnancy. It will occur any time in the day or night. If nausea and vomiting become severe, it can cause dehydration. It is called hyperemesis gravidarum, or hyperemesis. You may find weight loss due to it. You should consult your doctor in case of severe nausea and vomiting.

Hi!!

Vomiting is quite common health issue during pregnancy, normally it is due the hormonal changes during pregnancy.

But if the vomiting is not controlled and remains the same for the whole day then it is better to concern doctor.

In normal case like once a day vomit you can:

Keep some fresh flavor in mouth to avoid vomiting
Drink tea with ginger
Take small walk
If it is due to psychological issue then keep your self engaged in your favorite activities.
