Establishing a comfortable and calm bedtime routine as well as cutting off child protests to sleep can assist in developing good sleeping habits for any child. At this stage when your child is a toddler, she has to get used to nodding off on her own, sleeping on her bed throughout the entire night. But there will be a lot of effort needed to make the child adapt to a habit of going to sleep on her own without resisting or being forced. This will take some step by step process to make the child get used to it. Do not try to push your child harshly for doing the things rightly even when you know child is wrong.

There always is better option available.

All you need to do is organize your child.

Start spending quality time with your child.

To memorize rhymes to your child you can play song games with your child.

You also sing with your child.

Buy some nice CD with videos of rhymes play it once a day when your child has mood.

Set a good bed time routine sing a rhyme or kid's song in bed hug your child and say good night.

This way your child will learn things and will not feel the over pressure of studies.
